*Shotgun Start 12:00 Noon

*Social / Dinner at the Club House 

Immediately Following Golf.  

(Approximately 5:00)

Golfing Fees Are $75

18 Holes of Golf

2 Carts per Team

note: Teams and/or Singles must be paid in full by July 12th 

Those not paid in full will need to pay an additional $10 for the dinner (optional)

All proceeds will go to children's charities in memory of Cody to help children and their families battling serious medical illness.
